THE SHORT ANSWER

DolphinRadar is the clearest documented choice in this directory for both a one-time unfollower report and a separate recurring Guardian monitoring option. RecentSpy and other trackers describe comparisons or paid history, but their current unfollower price or exact monitoring entitlement may be less clear. Snoopreport can report collected unfollows as part of recurring activity reports.

Find the right next step.

01

Need a one-time report

Compare the report’s exact relationship fields and remember that the purchase does not imply future monitoring.

02

Need future unfollow detection

Choose a recurring monitor and verify update cadence, baseline, and renewal total.

03

Need a wider activity summary

Check which activity types and report periods are included in a scheduled report.

Unfollowers, non-followers, and snapshots

“Who unfollowed?” and “who does not follow me back?” are not the same question. A non-follower check compares the current Following and Followers lists. Detecting an unfollow over time requires an earlier record or a service that has collected observations. A tool’s first report cannot automatically know what happened before its baseline.

This source-based shortlist covers researched tools in TooliGuide. We compared the exact output and billing language on vendor pages; we did not buy plans, test detection rates, or rank by accuracy. The word “best” below means the best documented fit for a particular use case, not a verified accuracy winner.

Best documented one-time and ongoing options

DolphinRadar separates its Unfollower Tracker into FightBack and Guardian. The official product page lists FightBack at $9.90 once and describes it as a single relationship report. That is the researched directory’s clearest one-time option for a quick check. It is not a recurring monitoring subscription, lifetime license, or purchase of all DolphinRadar products.

Guardian is the ongoing option: the US page lists a monthly subscription and an annual promotion, with recurring weekly monitoring. The product is independently priced from DolphinRadar’s other modules, such as Social Insights, follower export, Story tracking, and comment tools. If you need both a one-off relationship check and continuing unfollow detection, compare the purchase total across the periods you expect to monitor rather than treating FightBack as a permanent tracker.

DolphinRadar’s localized pricing service has also returned JPY and KRW prices for its unfollower module. A currency returned by a public price endpoint is not proof you qualify for that checkout currency or that a language switch guarantees savings. Verify the exact product, renewal interval, quota, taxes, and final charged currency on the checkout page.

When another tool may fit better

RecentSpy is a snapshot comparison service: its official page describes a first search followed by later comparisons, with one free search per day and additional Pro features. The exact current Pro price and the full unfollower entitlement were not confirmed in the reviewed pages, so treat it as a candidate to check, not a guaranteed low-cost substitute.

Snoopreport is suited to periodic activity reports. Its pricing page lists monthly Standard and AI Summary tiers by account count; the vendor describes follows and unfollows among the activity it may report. This is not the same as a continuously updated personal unfollower list. Its official guide also sells retrospective activity by account and week as a one-off add-on, which buys earlier report data—not permanent future monitoring.

FollowSpy has paid follower/following tracking and a verified iOS app, but its public pages and storefront show separate offers. Confirm that the selected plan explicitly includes the unfollower information you need. No standalone one-time unfollower plan was confirmed for FollowSpy in the reviewed source pages.

Before you pay

Check whether the tool is comparing a pair of current lists, comparing a current list with a saved baseline, or reporting observations it collected over time. Confirm how frequently the service updates, which account types are supported, whether an Instagram login is requested, and whether the price renews. An annual price shown as a monthly equivalent is still an annual charge. The public pages reviewed focus on public-account data; none of these descriptions should be treated as access to private profiles.

  • One-time report: a fixed result for the stated check; future monitoring is not implied.
  • Subscription: continuing access only while its plan, account allowance, and renewal are active.
  • Lifetime: no permanent all-feature unfollower license was verified in the reviewed directory sources.

Short recommendation

For a one-time relationship report, compare DolphinRadar FightBack with the free non-follower checks available on product pages. For future change alerts or regular weekly observations, evaluate a clearly recurring plan such as Guardian and compare its total cost to the monitoring window you need. For broader activity context, look at Snoopreport; for a personal snapshot workflow, inspect RecentSpy’s current checkout and limits. Keep “not following back,” “unfollowed after baseline,” and “unfollow activity in a report” as separate outputs when you compare results.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A few things worth clarifying.

Is a non-follower the same as an unfollower?

No. A non-follower currently does not follow you back. An unfollower is an account detected as having stopped following after an earlier observation.

Which option has a confirmed one-time price?

DolphinRadar lists FightBack as a $9.90 one-time relationship report in its US price display. It does not include the separate recurring Guardian monitoring.

Does “one-time” mean lifetime monitoring?

No. The documented FightBack purchase is a single report. No lifetime unfollower monitoring license was verified.

Can a language switch guarantee a lower price?

No. Localized prices can differ, but the currency endpoint does not establish checkout eligibility or final settlement. Confirm the final checkout total.
