1. Who operates TooliGuide

TooliGuide is operated by HE YUYE. Questions about these terms or a paid listing can be sent to support@snakerank.app. TooliGuide is an independent directory and is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

2. Directory and third-party tools

TooliGuide publishes editorial information about independently operated products. Each third-party provider controls its own service, account requirements, data practices, availability, pricing and terms. We do not operate or control those products, and a directory entry does not certify a provider’s claims or guarantee that a feature will work for a particular account.

You are responsible for choosing lawful, authorized uses and for following the applicable provider terms. Public availability of account information does not itself grant permission to collect, monitor, download or reuse it. See our responsible-use guidance.

3. Paid listing plans and review

A paid plan covers one submitted tool listing and remains subject to editorial review. The current prices are $9.90 per month, $99 per year, or a $999 one-time payment for the operating lifetime of TooliGuide. The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until canceled. The lifetime plan does not renew.

We review the submission and save a preview of the exact proposed listing before checkout is made available. A rejected submission is not charged. If a rejected submission is nevertheless charged, we will refund the full captured amount, including tax. After a successful payment is verified, the approved preview is published automatically and paid rights begin at that actual publication time.

The paid term runs from publication for the selected monthly or yearly period. A successful renewal extends the paid term by its applicable period. Canceling stops future renewals; paid benefits continue through the end of the already-paid term. A failed renewal does not extend the term. When paid benefits expire, they end; an editorial listing may remain under our editorial policy. “Lifetime” means while TooliGuide continues to operate and has no renewal charge.

Checkout and payment processing are provided by Waffo. The checkout will show applicable taxes and the buyer terms that apply to the transaction. Card details are handled by the payment provider; TooliGuide does not store full card numbers. For a billing question or cancellation help, contact support@snakerank.app. Cancellation can also be managed through the Waffo buyer portal where available. Other refund requests are reviewed under applicable mandatory law and the Waffo buyer terms.

Read the current plan details before checkout. We do not promise a ranking, recommendation, amount of traffic, conversion, or placement in an editorial guide.

4. Sponsorship and editorial decisions

Approved paid placements are identified as sponsored. Paid outbound links use sponsored and nofollow attributes. Payment does not determine factual findings, remove disclosed limitations, or require editorial coverage. Inclusion, accuracy and corrections remain subject to our editorial policy.

5. Submissions and content

Submit accurate information that you have the right to provide. Do not include passwords, private account credentials, another person’s private activity data, or claims encouraging unauthorized access or monitoring. You retain your rights in submitted material. You give TooliGuide permission to review, edit for clarity, and display the material as part of the submitted listing if it is approved and published.

We may decline, pause or remove material that is inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe, unsupported, or outside our stated editorial scope. Where practical, we will give a brief reason and a way to contact us or provide a correction. This does not limit any notice or appeal rights required by law. You can report a concern through Report an issue.

6. Site availability and information

We work to keep TooliGuide available and to correct material errors, but pages, links and third-party services may change or be unavailable. Product and pricing information can become outdated; check the provider’s own page before purchasing or relying on a feature. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Privacy

Submission and contact information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment details are processed by Waffo under its applicable terms and privacy practices.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. A material change applies prospectively from its stated effective date and does not shorten a paid term already in progress. We will continue to honor existing paid rights according to the terms that applied when they were purchased, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.
